Shri Jagannathpuri Baithakji Number 34

Madhaananda, a celibate, performed austerities on the banks of the Ganges river. After 28 years, the river blessed him with a boon and he requested to have the sight of Krishna’s divine realm, The river replied that his wish would be fulfilled at the Champaranaya forest where the Lord was going to take birth. Meanwhile another renuncated, Mukundads lived in puskar Rajasthan where he daily read the entire Shrimad Bhagavatam. He was also blessed with a boon and he too requested to have the sight of Krishna’s Braja lila and was advised to proceeded to the Champaranaya forest. They both reached just after Shri Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya was born and told Lakshman Bhatt the purpose of their visit. When they saw the divine child they receive the sacred sight of the divine abode and they both left their material bodies and entered into the eternal lila.



After leavingChamparanaya, they proceeded to the town of Choura where the king warmly greeted them and supplied then with horses and escorts for the trip back to Benares where Shri Mahaprabhu Vallabhachrya spent his childhood.
